One study found that employees can waste an average of $1500 plus an 8-hour workday for EVERY crucial conversation they avoid. Another study predicted within 90% accuracy which projects would succeed or fail years in advance solely based on the communication habits of the employees and managers.
Communicating is hard. Having hard conversations feels impossible. But communication plays a big part in the success or failure of your life, business, and relationships. Those that practice, find great success. Those that don’t, don’t.
